We are interested in starting with a trial order of 5 containers, followed by a monthly supply of 20 containers over a 12-month period. Given the substantial volume, we are seeking a competitive pricing structure and a significant discount.

Could you please provide the following information:

Verification of Legitimacy: Could you please provide your company certificate and any other relevant documentation to verify the legitimacy of your company?
GACC and China Registration Numbers: Could you please provide the GACC and China registration numbers for the products we discussed?
Pricing Details: Please provide the pricing details for the chicken paws, including any volume discounts available for our proposed order quantities.
Payment Terms: For the trial order and subsequent monthly supplies, we are interested in using a Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) at sight. Could you confirm if this is acceptable?
Performance Bond: Can you issue a 2% Performance Bond (PB)?
Private Branding: Is there an option for private branding of the chicken paws?

No antibiotics presence, no pathogenic organisms (including salmonella)
No bad smells, no black flaw
No broken bone (less than 2%)
(Human consumption) - white skin
No black pads or ammonia burns, no excessive blood or blood stains
Water retention (less than 3%)
Transportation at -18 ºC
Shelf life: 24 months from production date
Attach Copy analysis, by International Laboratory (SGS/BV/CCIC)
Our proposed monthly supply schedule is as follows:

Trial Month: 5 containers (135 metric tons)
Second Month: 13 containers (351 metric tons)
Subsequent Months: 20 containers (540 metric tons per month)
